Cast in matte cream wax, this dachshund lies completely flat, chin resting low with soft ears pooled against its sides. When lit, the flame casts a steady glow down the length of its sculpted spine, highlighting the patient curve of rib and flank. It brings the familiar quiet of a sunbathing hound settled softly into the afternoon.
